National Institute of Business
National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) launched its prospectus for the year 2009
The 11th Convocation Ceremony of the National Institute of Business Management was held on 13th May 2009 at
Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall. One Hundred and Three Students were conferred degrees at
this convocation.
Located at the heart of Kurunegala city NIBM aims to provide world class
education in the fields of Productivity, Management & information Technology.
Our institute is equipped with state-of –the art computer labs and modern
learning facilities backed by a dedicated team of faculty and staff.
The foundation stone for the proposed NIBM Galle Training Centre was laid
at an auspicious moment by Hon. Piyasena Gamage, Minister of Vocational
and Technical Training on 29th April 2008.
Opening of the New Wing at the NIBM Colombo
Premises
The new wing of the NIBM Colombo premises was declared opened on 8th August
2008 at the auspicious time 10.10am by Minister of Vocational and Technical
Training, Honorable Piyasena Gamage and the Senior Presidential Advisor,
Honorable Basil Rajapacksha
